The Traveling Exhibition
This exhibit is now closed and will no longer be traveling.
Her Lab in Your Life launched in 2004 and appeared at venues around the country.
The exhibit celebrated the important contributions women have made to the field of chemistry. While suitable for a broad audience, it was of particular interest to young women who are thinking about pursuing careers in chemistry and related sciences. Featured scientists ranged from well-known historical figures to living chemists who are tackling today’s problems.
The exhibition and this Web site were made possible through the generous support of the Hach Scientific Foundation. The Hach Scientific Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality and availability of chemical education, supporting efforts to encourage the youth of America to pursue a positive exploration of the sciences.
